1. Services Refund Policy
For our AI automation, media production, and marketing services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your specific service agreement. Generally, work already performed is non-refundable.
2. Courses and Training
Important Notice Regarding Course Refunds
There will be NO REFUND once the user has attended the first class of any course or training program.
We provide extensive information, curriculum details, and consultation before you enroll in our courses. Once the training has commenced and you have participated in the first session, we consider the commitment to the course fulfilled on our part.
3. Cancellation Before Commencement
If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the start of the first class, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. A processing fee may apply to any refunds issued.
4. Digital Products
For digital downloads, templates, and AI tools, all sales are final and non-refundable once the digital asset has been accessed or downloaded.
